Clearcut Motion is a video studio run by Harman Johar, based in Phoenix, Arizona. This page says what this site collects, why, where it is kept, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• What you type into the brief form: your name, email, company if you give it, the kind of video, your timing, your budget range if you give it, what the video should achieve, and how you would like us to reply.
• Site usage: page views, clicks on buttons, when the form is started and sent, and when the reel is played. With each of those we record the page address, the referring site, the size of your screen, a random session id, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters and ad click ids) that were in the link you arrived from.
• A single preference stored in your browser if you turn motion off, so the clips stay paused on your next visit. It never leaves your device.

What we do with it

• To reply to your brief, quote the project and deliver it.
• To understand which pages, posts and campaigns bring visitors and briefs, so we can spend less on the ones that do not.
• We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising cookies on this site. If we add conversion tracking for an advertising platform in future, this page will say so and name the platform.

Where it is kept

• Form submissions and usage events are stored with Base44, the hosting and database provider for this site, in the United States.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Project materials you share after the brief, such as scripts, decks and product screens, may be processed by the AI tools we use to produce your video. We use those tools under terms that do not allow training on your data, and your materials are never used for another client's work.

Your choices

• Email harman@montagemethod.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within one business day and delete within seven.
• You can read the whole site and watch every clip without submitting anything.
